The Rise of Gender Lens Investing

Figures released from US SIF this week show “gender lens” criteria were applied to $868 billion in US money manager assets, more than double the $397 billion identified in 2016. Additionally this week, Wharton and Project Sage 2.0 identified 87 private gender-lens funds, up from 58 in the previous year, that have now raised $2.25 billion and backed 828 companies. We explore the world of gender lens investing with the support of our Tribe Fellow, Suzanne Biegel, in this thought provoking and helpful how-to.
